Despite it being one of the city’s rainiest nights, over 500 people still gathered under Biscayne Beach’s roof to celebrate it’s grand opening. The event was hosted by celebrity designer and TV personality Thom Filicia along with the developers Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners. The new 52 story luxury condominium on Biscayne is the mainland’s first Bayfront, private members-only Beach Club.
Miami’s real estate VIPs were treated to exclusive showings throughout the property as well as cocktails & gourmet beach bites by my talented friend, Chef Eleana. I got the chance to break in the brand new pool deck by curating the beach vibes, along with the always sassy band, Patrick & The Swayzes who put on a great show. Prices at Biscayne Beach range from $400,000 to $9 million for one-, two- and three-bedroom condos. Interested buyers from the U.S., Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, Kuwait, France, Turkey and Spain all attended for this exclusive preview party.
