THE DALMAR GRAND OPENING

Downtown Fort Lauderdale threw an epic party at the city’s newest lifestyle hotel, The Dalmar. The grand opening party welcomed VIPs, influential residents, and celebrities. I was honored to be the first DJ welcomed to play at the hotel’s rooftop and lounge, Sparrow, to soundtrack the VIP afterparty.

Right before I kicked off the party at Sparrow, Flo Rida performed all his top hits on the pool deck overlooking the downtown skyline. There was no shortage of food, drinks or entertainment throughout the night. Looking forward to future nights at this amazing new property, thanks for having me!

CADILLAC HOTEL & BEACH CLUB GRAND OPENING

There are several reasons why I love Miami. The perseverance of Miami Beach’s art deco architecture is one of them – and that’s exactly what the new Autograph Collection Cadillac Hotel did.  The debut of Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club hosted a large international crowd to unveil the new property inspired by the 1940s Italian and French Rivieras with a preserved Art Deco aesthetic. The grand opening event offered guests everything from world renowned synchronized swimmers, The Aqualilies, to exclusive art installations with Minuty Rose artist Ashley Mary, and a culinary & cocktail experience.

The DJ booth was posted up right on the hotel’s tiki-inspired deck, my soundtrack was as you would imagine, “very Miami”.  Thank you to BMF Media having me be part of another beautiful production.

UNVEILING OF ELEVEN ON LENOX BY SHOMA GROUP

The best way to sell million dollar listings is to sell the lifestyle that comes along with it… and that includes quintessential South Beach soirees.  That’s exactly what how Shoma Group, one of South Florida’s most prolific real estate development firms celebrated the unveiling of its Eleven on Lenox sales gallery.

More than 200 VIPs including leading real estate brokers attended the opening, commemorating the luxurious coastal retreat, comprised of 11 beach-inspired homes in the heart of South Beach. President and Chairman of SHOMA Group, Masoud Shojaee, welcomed guests with their own private South Beach-style club inclusive of a step-and- repeat, champagne bottle service and yes, even a confetti blast! I provided the South Beach soundtrack to keep the parade of bottles coming & the guests dancing all night long.

BISCAYNE BEACH GRAND OPENING

Despite it being one of the city’s rainiest nights, over 500 people still gathered under Biscayne Beach’s roof to celebrate it’s  grand opening. The event was hosted by celebrity designer and TV personality Thom Filicia along with the developers Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners. The new 52 story luxury condominium on Biscayne is the mainland’s first Bayfront, private members-only Beach Club.

Miami’s real estate VIPs were treated to exclusive showings throughout the property as well as cocktails & gourmet beach bites by my talented friend, Chef Eleana. I got the chance to break in the brand new pool deck by curating the beach vibes, along with the always sassy band, Patrick & The Swayzes who put on a great show. Prices at Biscayne Beach range from $400,000 to $9 million for one-, two- and three-bedroom condos. Interested buyers from the U.S., Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, Kuwait, France, Turkey and Spain all attended for this exclusive preview party.

FERRARI x DOUGLAS ELLIMAN REAL ESTATE

It was a night of luxury spinning for the elite few invited for a private viewing of one of the most beautiful estates in Miami Beach at 4555 Pine Tree Drive. The property is built with the perfect balance of modern & art deco design… oh yeah, and a custom built water slide from the second level into the infinity pool!

Hosted by Douglas Elliman Real Estate & The Collection Ferrari, guests were greeted with Whispering Angel Rosé and Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial & then invited to test drive the all new Ferrari California T.
